Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
SHIPPING:
Please allow 1-7 days for your item to be shipped. Once your order has left my possession and entered the possession of the US Postal Service or other shipping providers, I am no longer responsible for the order. Please contact USPS or the relevant shipping provider for any questions or updates concerning your package. You will need the tracking number provided by Hop City Design Co. via e-mail when you purchased your item.
If you do not enter an e-mail when purchasing your items, we have no way to automatically send you this information.
If you do not enter an e-mail and you need your tracking number, you can e-mail us at hello@hopcitydesign.com and we will do our best to assist.
There are no guarantees that we can give you a tracking number once it has left our production facilities.
REFUNDS & EXHCANGES:
Hop City Design Co. does not accept refunds or exchanges except in the case of a defective product or failure of craftsmanship. While every effort is made to deliver high quality and long lasting pieces, please keep in mind that everything we sell is handmade by a singular person. The item you receive may have slight differences from what is shown online, and there may be small variations between different items of the same type. That's the beauty of buying handmade! If you have any problems with your order or products, we will work to find a solution with you. Please email hello@hopcitydesign.com with any questions or concerns.
How much will shipping cost?
We ship 2 day priority mail through the USPS. If you'd like to expediate your order, please email hello@hopcitydesign.com to arrange.
All orders over $50 that ship in the Continental US ship for free. Enter code FREESHIP50 at checkout!
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
At this time we offer shipping to the United States and Canada.
You can always inquire about a package being shipped elsewhere by sending us an email to hello@hopcitydesign.com.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes we do! We support and honor all of our military families and will happily ship to any military address.

How can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled.
What if I receive the wrong product or am missing a product?
Please email hello@hopcitydesign.com with your full name and order number and what you are missing and it will be sent to you on the next business day.

How do I care for my product?
Jewelry:
Keep away from moisture.
Remove when sleeping.
Remove before entering water.
Store in a closed bag or box.
If you need to clean jewelry, do so with a soft cloth and gentle soap or cotton swab and rubbing alcohol.
What are your earrings made of?
All earrings are handmade from polymer clay. All metal materials are listed in the descriptions, but main metal is titanium which is 100% nickel free and hypoallergenic (it is the medical grade metal that is used for implants and such). I do use plated gold for some posts and brass accent pieces.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from copperandquinn.com (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
BY USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU (THE VISITOR) AGREE TO ALLOW THIRD PARTIES TO PROCESS YOUR IP ADDRESS, IN ORDER TO DETERMINE YOUR LOCATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF CURRENCY CONVERSION. YOU ALSO AGREE TO HAVE THAT CURRENCY STORED IN A SESSION COOKIE IN YOUR BROWSER (A TEMPORARY COOKIE WHICH GETS AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED WHEN YOU CLOSE YOUR BROWSER). WE DO THIS IN ORDER FOR THE SELECTED CURRENCY TO REMAIN SELECTED AND CONSISTENT WHEN BROWSING OUR WEBSITE SO THAT THE PRICES CAN CONVERT TO YOUR (THE VISITOR) LOCAL CURRENCY.
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
